5. 1 small butternut squash, peeled and cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch slices -

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Squash

1. Stage

In a small bowl, combine the oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Brush the seasoning mixture evenly over all sides of the squash slices.

2. Stage

Cover and grill the squash over medium heat for four to five minutes on each side or until the slices are tender. Alternatively, broil the squash 4 inches from the heat for the same length of time.
