1. 2 tbsp. butter -
2. 1 onion, chopped -
3. 3 cloves garlic, minced -
4. Kosher salt -
5. Freshly ground black pepper -
6. 2 c. Shredded leftover turkey -
7. 1 1/2 c. leftover stuffing -
8. 4 large eggs -

How to cook deliciously - Hangover Hash

1. Stage

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and cook until tender, then stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute more. Season with salt and pepper. Add turkey and stuffing and stir until combined, then cook until warmed through, 3 minutes more.

Make four nests in mixture and crack an egg into each.

Cover and cook until egg white are set and yolk runny, 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper and serve.
