2. Hummus 1 tablespoon
3. Grilled chicken breast, sliced 1 (4 ounce)
4. Roasted red peppers, drained 2 medium
5. Crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese 2 tablespoons
6. Baby spinach leaves, or to taste 1 cup
7. Cooking spray 1 cup

Heat a panini maker.

Lay tortilla on a work surface and spread with hummus. Top with sliced chicken, red peppers, feta cheese, and then spinach. Fold tortilla in half and spray with cooking spray.
