1. Multigrain flour tortillas - 1 (10 inch)
2. Hummus - 1 tablespoon
3. Grilled chicken breast, sliced - 1 (4 ounce)
4. Roasted red peppers, drained - 2 medium
5. Crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese - 2 tablespoons
6. Baby spinach leaves, or to taste - 1 cup
7. Cooking spray - 1 cup
