Ingredients for - Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Mushrooms
1. 20 button mushrooms, stems removed -
2. oz. block cream cheese, softened -
3. 1 c. Cheddar, shredded -
4. 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped -
5. 1 jalapeño, minced (seeded if you prefer less heat) -
9. Chopped fresh chives, for garnish -
How to cook deliciously - Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Mushrooms
1. Stage
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, jalapeño, and garlic and season with salt and pepper.
2. Stage
Stuff mushrooms with mixture and transfer to a baking dish or sheet.
3. Stage
Bake until mushrooms are cooked and mixture warmed through, 25 minutes.
4. Stage
Garnish with chives.
