1. Soy sauce - 3 cups
2. Mirin (Japanese sweet wine) - 1 ½ cups
3. Orange, juiced - 1
4. Chopped fresh pineapple with skin - 6 ounces
5. Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped - 1
6. Garlic - 2 cloves
7. Grated fresh ginger root - 1 teaspoon
8. White sugar, divided - 4 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Japanese Style Teriyaki Sauce

1. Stage
