Ingredients for - Paella

1. Mussels - 12 PC.
2. Shrimp - 12 PC.
3. Bulb onions - 1 PC.
4. Garlic - 2 clove
5. Saffron - 2 gram
6. Paprika - 1 Tsp
7. Bay leaf - 2 PC.
8. Salt - taste
9. Black pepper - taste
10. Rice - 500 gram
11. Fish broth - 1.25 L
12. Parsley (greens) - taste
13. Olive oil - 4 tbsp

How to cook deliciously - Paella

1. Stage

In a deep frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry shrimps and mussels in it.

2. Stage

In a deep saucepan, heat the remaining olive oil and fry chopped onions and finely chopped garlic in it, sprinkle with paprika, saffron, salt, pepper and add bay leaf.

Then add rice to the pan, mix thoroughly, simmer for 5 minutes.

Separately, heat the broth and pour it into a pan with rice and simmer for another half hour. Pepper and salt to taste.
