1. Condensed tomato soup, divided - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
2. Ground beef - 1 ½ pounds
3. Dry bread crumbs - ½ cup
4. Egg, lightly beaten - 1
5. Chopped onion - ¼ cup
6. Salt - 1 teaspoon
7. Pepper - 1 teaspoon
8. Water - ¼ cup
9. Prepared yellow mustard - ½ teaspoon
10. Shredded mozzarella cheese - ½ cup

1. Stage

Heat a large deep skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the meatloaves in the hot skillet, then reduce heat to medium and cover with a lid. Simmer for about 25 minutes, or until meat is cooked through. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios
