1. 2-1/2 pounds Broccolini or broccoli spears -
2. 6 tablespoons butter -
3. 1 tablespoon plus 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice -
4. 1 tablespoon lemon-pepper seasoning -
5. 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest -
6. 1/4 teaspoon salt -

How to cook deliciously - Lemon-Scented Broccolini

1. Stage

In a large saucepan, bring 4 cups water to a boil. Add Broccolini; cook, uncovered, until just tender, 5-7 minutes. Drain and immediately place Broccolini in ice water. Drain and pat dry.

2. Stage

In a large skillet, melt butter. Stir in the lemon juice, lemon pepper, lemon zest and salt. Add Broccolini; toss until heated through.
