1. Stage

We take a "dish", cut the fish into portions, and put them in a container.

We add salt, sugar, pepper

Pour cold boiled water over it all

We cover it with a plate, push it in with effort, press the fish and leave it in the fridge until the next day.
7. Stage
The next day we take the fish out and eat it. It is possible to store such fish for 2-3 days in a marinade in the fridge, and then put it into a jar and pour vegetable oil on it, but I have never had to do that, it is eaten all the next day)))
