How to cook deliciously - Lavash appetizer cake
1 . Stage
Divide the cauliflower into large florets and boil in salted water, with the addition of a bay leaf. I had frozen cauliflower.

Toss in a colander, cool. Squeeze the cabbage slightly and finely chop. Add 3 tablespoons of sour cream, egg, ground black pepper, minced garlic, spices and 150 grams of cheese, grated on a coarse grater. Mix well.

Grease the tray with vegetable oil, put the pita. Brush with 1 tbsp of sour cream. I had a round pita with a diameter of 18-20 cm, but you can take a square one and cut it into pieces, depending on the size. We need 4 pieces. On a lavash greased with sour cream, place the filling and spread it out. Cover with the second pita, press lightly.
4 . Stage
Assemble the cake this way. Before laying the filling, grease each layer with 1 tbsp of sour cream. For 4 pita bread - 4 tbsp. sour cream. The filling has to be on top. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top and sprinkle with cumin. Put the tray in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
