Ingredients for - Lots o' Cookies

1. Packed brown sugar - 2 cups
2. White sugar - 2 cups
3. Butter, softened - ¾ cup
4. Shortening - 1 cup
5. Eggs - 4
6. Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
7. All-purpose flour - 1 ½ cups
8. Whole wheat flour - 1 ½ cups
9. Salt - 2 teaspoons
10. Baking soda - 2 teaspoons
11. Rolled oats - 3 cups
12. Semisweet chocolate chips - 1 ½ cups
13. Chopped walnuts - 1 ½ cups
14. Flaked coconut - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Lots o' Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease cookie sheets.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, cream sugars, butter and shortening. Beat in eggs and vanilla until well blended.

3. Stage

Mix in sifted flours, salt and baking soda and stir well.

4. Stage

Stir in remaining ingredients.

5. Stage

Drop in teaspoon size balls on greased baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake 8 minutes or until edges are brown.
