We make the dressing. Pour the oil into a bowl, squeeze the juice of the lemon directly with your hands and add honey. Put a little honey at once and add it gradually to your taste. For me, 1 tsp is optimal.

Put the dressing in the salad and gently combine everything so as not to crush the tomatoes. Salt to taste. I did not salt. I was satisfied with lemon juice in the salad for taste. It is better to make and dress the salad just before serving, so that the vegetables do not give a lot of juice.
