How to cook deliciously - Mezcal Margarita
1. Stage
In a small shallow bowl, combine grapefruit zest, salt, and red pepper flakes. Pour agave syrup in another small shallow bowl.
2. Stage
Dip rims of 2 rocks glasses into syrup, then dip into grapefruit zest mixture to coat.
3. Stage
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz. mezcal, 1 oz. triple sec, 1 oz. lime juice, and 1/2 oz. agave syrup. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and vigorously shake until outside of shaker is very cold, about 30 seconds.
4. Stage
Pour into prepared ice-filled glass. Garnish with grapefruit. Repeat with remaining ingredients for a second drink.
