Ingredients for - No Tuna Salad

1. Chopped dill pickles - ½ cup
2. Celery, chopped - 2 stalks
3. Chopped onion - 3 tablespoons
4. Dill pickle juice - 2 tablespoons
5. Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed - 1 (15 ounce) can
6. Rolled oats - ½ cup
7. Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
8. Dijon mustard (Optional) - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - No Tuna Salad

1. Stage

Pulse pickles, celery, onion, and pickle juice together in a food processor until evenly chopped; add chickpeas and pulse until beans are roughly chopped. Transfer mixture to a bowl.

2. Stage

Stir oats into chickpeas mixture until well mixed. Add mayonnaise and mustard; stir well. Let sit for flavors to blend, about 10 minutes.
