Ingredients for - Easy Chili

1. Ground beef - 1 pound
2. Chopped onion - 1 cup
3. Chopped green bell pepper - ½ cup
4. Chili powder - 2 ½ tablespoons
5. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
6. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
7. Bay leaf - 1
8. Diced tomatoes - 1 (29 ounce) can
9. Tomato sauce - 1 (15 ounce) can
10. Finely chopped jalapeno chile peppers - 4 teaspoons
11. Chili beans, undrained - 1 (16 ounce) can
12. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 (16 ounce) can

How to cook deliciously - Easy Chili

1. Stage

Combine ground beef, onion, and bell pepper in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until beef is browned, about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat.

2. Stage

Season with chili powder, garlic, cumin, and bay leaf. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, and jalapeños.

3. Stage

Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 1 1/2 hours.

Stir in beans and allow to heat through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
