1 . Stage
Wash the lamb, remove the membranes. Cut mutton in medium slices. Onions and peppers cut in half rings. In a heated deep frying pan or cauldron put pieces of lamb and fry for 5 minutes. The meat should be fatty! Add onion and pepper, pour water on it. Cover with a lid for 7 minutes.
