3. Olive oil ½ cup
4. Garlic, minced 5 cloves
5. Chopped fresh rosemary, or more to taste 1 tablespoon
6. Chopped fresh oregano, or more to taste 1 tablespoon
7. Kosher salt 1 tablespoon
8. Ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon
9. Chili powder ¼ teaspoon
