4. Onion-flavored beef broth 1 (14.5 ounce) can
5. Rice wine 1 ⅓ cups
6. Soy sauce ⅔ cup
7. Fresh ginger 4 slices
8. White sugar 2 tablespoons
9. Ground black pepper to taste 2 tablespoons

1 . Stage

Spread onions and garlic on the bottom of a 5-quart slow cooker. Place roast on top.
