1. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Chopped fresh mushrooms - 3 cups
3. Chopped fresh green beans - 3 cups
4. Rice vinegar - 2 tablespoons
5. Light soy sauce, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
6. Honey - 1 teaspoon
7. Sesame oil - ½ teaspoon
8. Hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®) - 2 dashes
9. Salt and ground pepper to taste - 2 dashes

How to cook deliciously - Asian-Inspired Green Beans and Mushrooms

1. Stage

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add green beans and cook until bright green, about 3 minutes. Drain off excess water, if needed.

2. Stage

Add vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, hot sauce, salt, and pepper; saute until mushrooms are soft and beans are well coated, about 3 more minutes. Serve.
