1. Duck - 2 PC.
2. Potatoes - 2 PC.
3. The apples - 1 PC.
4. Bulb onions - 1 PC.
5. Dry white wine - 100 Ml
6. Honey - 1 Tsp
7. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
8. Salt - taste
9. Mixture of peppers - taste

How to cook deliciously - Duck legs with apples and potatoes

1. Stage

Wash the duck legs, dry them with paper towel, rub them with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

On a dry hot frying pan put the legs skin side down. Fry for a couple of minutes until browned and the fat melts out.

Turn over and fry on the reverse side for another 2 minutes, remove the legs.

Peel the onions and cut them into thin strips. It is convenient to use the chopper of a food processor.

Put the chopped onions in a pan with the duck fat. Fry the onions for a few minutes over medium heat until translucent.

Add salt, pepper mixture, honey to taste, pour dry white wine, stir, and stew for 1 minute.

Peel potatoes, cut into thin slices. Remove the core from the apple, cut into half rings. I used the same chopper of a food processor.

Take a casserole dish. For serving in portions, it is convenient to use one-time aluminum forms. On the bottom of the form put chopped apples and potatoes.

Put the duck leg on top. Around the leg put stewed onion. Cover the form with foil. We put in the oven heated up to 200 degrees. Bake for 1 hour, then remove the foil and brown another 10 minutes on maximum heat on top of the oven.
