3. Sorrel - 300 gram
4. Cucumbers - 500 gram
5. Chicken egg - 2 PC.
6. Green onion (feather) - 100 gram
7. Kvass - 2 L
8. Sour cream 15% - 200 gram
9. Salt - taste

How to cook deliciously - Cold borsch

1. Stage

Bake beets in the oven. Wrap in foil and bake at 200 degrees for about 2 hours.

Dip the sorrel in boiling, salted water for a minute. Then grind it through full.
