Ingredients for - Salted Peanut Cookies

1. Shortening - 1 cup
2. Packed brown sugar - 1 ½ cups
3. Eggs - 2
4. Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
5. All-purpose flour - 3 cups
6. Baking soda - ½ teaspoon
7. Salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Salted peanuts - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Salted Peanut Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Stage

Cream shortening, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl until light and fluffy, 3 to 4 minutes. Measure flour and sift into a separate bowl; blend baking soda and salt into flour. Stir flour mixture into egg mixture. Mix in peanuts.

Drop rounded teaspoons of dough about 2 inches apart on a lightly greased baking sheet. Flatten dough with the bottom of a greased glass dipped in sugar.
