1. Almond milk - 1 ½ cups
2. Applesauce - 1 cup
3. Apple, diced - 1
4. Raisins - ½ cup
5. Pecans - ½ cup
6. Flax seed meal - ½ cup
7. Eggs - 2
8. Brown sugar - ¼ cup
9. Ground cinnamon - 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Ground nutmeg - 1 ½ teaspoons
11. Old-fashioned rolled oats - 2 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Healthy Apple Spice Baked Oatmeal

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease 12 muffin cups.

Mix almond milk, applesauce, apple, raisins, pecans, flax meal, eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a bowl; stir in oats until well mixed. Let sit for 5 minutes. Scoop mixture into the prepared muffin cups using an ice cream scoop.
