1. Nonstick cooking spray -
2. Old-fashioned oats - 4 cups
3. Chopped pecans - 1 ½ cups
4. Slivered almonds - 1 ½ cups
5. Coconut flakes - 1 cup
6. Vegetable oil - ½ cup
7. Packed brown sugar - ⅓ cup
8. Honey - ⅓ cup
9. Maple syrup - ¼ cup
10. Ground cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
11. Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
12. Salt - ¾ teaspoon
13. Dried cranberries (Optional) - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Grandma's Homemade Granola

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray.

Mix together oats, pecans, almonds, and coconut in a large bowl. Set aside.

Combine oil, brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir gently until mixture begins to boil; remove from heat. Pour over oat mixture and fold together until dry ingredients are well coated. Spread granola onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Stir and continue to bake on the top rack until golden, about 5 minutes more. Remove from the oven and let cool for 20 to 30 minutes.

Toss cooled granola with cranberries. Store in an airtight container.
