How to cook deliciously - Nutella Ice Cream
1. Stage
In a large bowl, combine coffee and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add Nutella, vanilla, salt and 1/2 cup cream; whisk until smooth.

In a large bowl, beat remaining 1-1/2 cups cream until stiff peaks form, 2-3 minutes. Fold Nutella mixture into whipped cream until combined.
3. Stage
Fill cylinder of ice cream maker no more than two-thirds full. (Refrigerate any remaining mixture until ready to freeze.) Freeze according to manufacturer’s directions. Transfer ice cream to freezer containers, allowing headspace for expansion. Freeze until firm, 2-4 hours.
