2. Sliced fresh mushrooms 1 (8 ounce) package
3. Onion, sliced 1
4. Garlic, minced 1 clove
5. Italian seasoning 1 ½ tablespoons
6. Eggs 5
7. Garlic and herb cheese spread (such as Boursin®) 2 tablespoons
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 2 tablespoons
9. Shredded mozzarella cheese ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Onion and Mushroom Scrambled Eggs

1 . Stage

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir mushrooms, onion, and garlic until onion is browned, about 15 minutes. Season with Italian seasoning.

Beat eggs with garlic and herb cheese spread in a bowl. Mixture will be slightly chunky. Season with salt and black pepper.
