1. 6 to 8 medium onions, thinly sliced -
2. 2 tablespoons canola oil -
3. 6 large eggs -
4. 1 cup soft bread crumbs -
5. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese -
6. 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley -

How to cook deliciously - Onion Pie

1. Stage

Add some oil to a large skillet and saute the onions until they're soft but not yet brown. Drain the onions.

2. Stage

Whisk the eggs in a large bowl and add the breadcrumbs, cheese and parsley. Stir in the onions and make sure all the ingredients are combined.

3. Stage

Grease a 10-inch pie plate. Pour the mixture into the pie plate and bake at 350°F for about 35 to 40 minutes. A knife inserted in the center of the pie should come out clean.
