3. Oyster sauce 1 (10 fluid ounce) bottle
4. White sugar, or more to taste ¾ cup
5. Water ¼ cup
6. Minced garlic 2 teaspoons

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Season chicken thighs all over with salt and pepper; place into the prepared baking dish with the skin facing up.
