Ingredients for - Paloma Mimosas

1. 1 tbsp. granulated sugar  -
2. 1 tbsp. kosher salt -
3. Lime wedges, for rimming -
4. 1 1/2 c. grapefruit juice -
5. 1/4 c. lime juice -
6. 1/4 c. tequila -
7. 1 bottle champagne or prosecco -

How to cook deliciously - Paloma Mimosas

1. Stage

On a small shallow dish, stir together sugar and salt. Wet the rim of each champagne flute with a lime wedge and dip in mixture.

2. Stage

In a large pitcher, combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, and tequila. Divide evenly among glasses and top with champagne.

3. Stage

Garnish with lime wedges and serve.
