Ingredients for - Watermelon Mimosas

1. 4 c. cubed watermelon -
2. Juice of 1 lime -
3. 2 tbsp. granulated sugar -
4. 1 bottle champagne or prosecco -
5. Mint, for garnish -
6. Watermelon wedges, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Watermelon Mimosas

1. Stage

Blend together cubed watermelon, lime juice, and sugar in a blender. Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve, discarding solids. 

2. Stage

Fill champagne flutes halfway with watermelon mixture and top off with champagne. Garnish glasses with a few mint sprigs and a watermelon wedge.
