1. 4 (4-6-oz.) halibut steaks -
2. 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -

5. 1 mango, diced -
6. 1 red pepper, finely chopped -
7. 1/2 red onion, diced -
8. 1 jalapeno, minced -

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Halibut

1. Stage

Preheat grill to medium-high and brush halibut with oil on both sides then season with salt and pepper. 

2. Stage

Grill halibut until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
