1. 2 (12-oz.) packages Impossible Meat -
2. 1 yellow onion, peeled and quartered -
3. 1 tsp. kosher salt -
4. Freshly ground black pepper -
5. Vegetable oil, for grill pan -
6. 4 buns, toasted -
7. Vegan cheese -
8. Tomatoes, sliced into rounds -
9. Lettuce -
10. Onion, sliced into rounds -
11. 1/2 c. vegan mayonnaise -
12. 1/2 c. vegan sour cream -
13. 1/4 c. relish -
14. 3 tbsp. ketchup -
15. 1/4 tsp. garlic powder -
16. 1 package frozen French fries -

How to cook deliciously - Paris Hilton's Vegan Un-Cheeseburger and Fries

1. Stage

Make Pink Sauce: Whisk together ingredients and put in the refrigerator until ready to use.

2. Stage

Make fries: Bake frozen French fries according to package directions.

3. Stage

Make burger patties: Put onion into a small food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add to a large bowl with Impossible Meat and salt and season with pepper. Mix until well combined.

4. Stage

Form 1/2 cup of the "meat" mixture into balls and flatten into patties.

5. Stage

Preheat grill pan over medium heat.

6. Stage

Drizzle pan with a little oil and cook until well browned, about 3 minutes on each side.

Spread Pink Sauce on buns, add patty, and top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
