1. 4 cod fillets (4 ounces each) -
2. 2/3 cup mayonnaise -
3. 4 green onions, chopped -
4. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese -
5. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce -

How to cook deliciously - Parmesan Baked Cod

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly coat an 8x8-inch baking dish with oil, butter, or cooking spray coated and place the cod filets down on top.

2. Stage

Fold the mayo, green onion, parmesan and Worcestershire together and spoon over the filets of cod.

3. Stage

Place the cod in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until it flakes easily using a fork.
