How to cook deliciously - Peppermint ice cream
1. Stage
In 200 ml of cream, add mint leaves and bring to a boil, remove from heat, cover and let stand for 2 hours. Then remove the mint by squeezing it, if necessary, strain the cream.
2. Stage
All cream should be at the same temperature. Whip the cream until a firm foam, then add the condensed milk and mix with a spatula.
3. Stage
Cover the container with a lid or cling film and put in the freezer for 8 hours, after which our ice cream can be served.
