How to cook deliciously - Dacquoise with raspberries
1 . Stage
Whip the whites with lemon juice to a soft froth

We pre-fry the hazelnuts in a pan, peel them (without fanaticism) and chop them in a blender. Many people recommend sifting the walnuts, but I did not do this, which is bad if you get a piece of walnut.

For the cream, whip the mascarpone with the condensed milk and spread over the cakes. For me, I would reduce the amount of condensed milk, but for my sweet tooth, it's just right.
