Ingredients for - Popcorn Balls

1. 1 c. granulated sugar -
2. 1/2 c. water -
3. 1/3 c. light corn syrup  -
4. 1 tsp. white vinegar -
5. 5 tbsp. unsalted butter -
6. 1/2 tsp. kosher salt -
7. 10 c. popped popcorn -
8. 1/4 c. rainbow nonpareils -

How to cook deliciously - Popcorn Balls

1. Stage

In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine sugar, water, syrup, vinegar, butter, and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture reaches 260° (hard-ball stage) on a candy thermometer, about 10 minutes.

2. Stage

Transfer popcorn to a large bowl, drizzle syrup over, add nonpareils, and toss gently to coat. 

3. Stage

When mixture is cool enough to handle, press popcorn into 3" balls with lightly greased hands. 

4. Stage

Cool completely before serving.
