1. 2-1/4 cups uncooked instant rice -
2. 1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted -
3. 1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted -
4. 2-2/3 cups 2% milk -
5. 4 bone-in pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick and 8 ounces each) -
6. 1 envelope onion soup mix -

How to cook deliciously - Pork Chop and Rice Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine rice, soups and milk. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Arrange pork chops over rice. Sprinkle with soup mix.

2. Stage

Cover and bake until a thermometer inserted in pork reads 145° and rice is tender, 50-55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
