1. Stage
Packets of buckwheat groats we put in boiling salted water, cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
2. Stage
Pork slices, chop, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Stage
On the edge of the slices put 2-3 pieces of prunes.
4. Stage
Roll up the meat, fasten with toothpicks and fry on all sides until tender. It takes about 10-15 minutes.
5. Stage
Serve the pork rolls with prunes, cutting them diagonally (and free of toothpicks), with buckwheat grits.
