1. 6 mint leaves, plus more for serving -
2. 3/4 oz. simple syrup -
3. 1 oz. bourbon -
4. Crushed ice -
5. 3 oz. dry prosecco -
6. 1 dash of Angostura bitters -

How to cook deliciously - Prosecco Mint Julep

1. Stage

In a mint julep cup or highball glass, muddle mint leaves and simple syrup with a muddler or the end of a wooden spoon handle until mint is dark green and has lost its shape.

2. Stage

Add bourbon, then ice, prosecco, and bitters, and gently stir to combine. Garnish with more mint.
