1. Nonfat vanilla yogurt (such as Dannon® Light and Fit®) - ½ cup
2. Sliced strawberries - ½ cup
3. Water - ½ cup
4. Nonfat powdered milk - ½ cup
5. Banana, cut in chunks - 1
6. Blueberries, or to taste - ¼ cup
7. Raspberries, or to taste - ¼ cup
8. Blackberries, or to taste - ¼ cup
9. Vanilla whey protein powder - 2 scoops
10. Crushed ice - 1 cup
11. Turbinado sugar (such as Sugar in the Raw®) - 3 tablespoons
12. Honey - 1 tablespoon
