1. Nordica 1% or Fat Free Cottage Cheese - 1 cup
2. Unsweetened applesauce - 1 cup
3. Chopped frozen kale or spinach - 1 cup
4. Ripe banana - 1 small
5. Water - ½ cup
6. Crushed ice - ½ cup
7. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
8. Vanilla extract (Optional) - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground cinnamon - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Apple and Kale Smoothie

1. Stage

Combine cottage cheese, applesauce, kale, banana, water, ice, lemon juice, vanilla (if using) and cinnamon in a blender. Blend on high speed for 2 minutes or until very smooth. Serve immediately.
