Ingredients for - Mizeria (Polish Cucumber Salad)

1. Small cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced - 1 pound
2. Salt to taste - 1 pound
3. Dill, chopped - 1 bunch
4. Sour cream - 2 ½ tablespoons
5. Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
6. White sugar, or to taste - 1 pinch
7. Ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Mizeria (Polish Cucumber Salad)

1. Stage

Place cucumbers into a colander and sprinkle generously with salt; let stand until soft, about 5 minutes. Squeeze liquid from cucumbers and transfer to a bowl with dill.

2. Stage

Mix sour cream, lemon juice, and sugar together in a bowl; add to cucumbers and toss to coat. Season with pepper. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
