Ingredients for - Quick Mushroom Rice

1. Chicken broth - 2 (14.5 ounce) cans
2. Converted rice (such as Uncle Ben's®) - 2 cups
3. Mushroom stems and pieces - 1 (4 ounce) can
4. Water - ½ cup
5. Green onions, chopped - 6
6. Butter, or to taste - 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Quick Mushroom Rice

1. Stage

Combine broth, rice, mushrooms, water, green onions, and butter in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand until liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
