Ingredients for - Quick pie with plums
How to cook deliciously - Quick pie with plums
1. Stage
Plums are washed, cut into halves, remove pips.
2. Stage
Beat the eggs with sour cream, sugar, cinnamon and two spoons of rum.
3. Stage
Roll out the puff pastry (I have a yeast-free pastry, but I don't think it matters, you can also use yeast) into a rectangle and transfer it to a mold lined with baking paper so that there are rims. I have a 25x35 cm mold.
4. Stage
Pour the sour cream filling on the dough and place the plum halves on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.
5. Stage
Since I had a 500g packet of dough, I used the rest of the dough to make these patties. I rolled out the dough, cut it into squares of about 8x8 cm, put two halves of plums in the middle and covered them with ground poppy seeds mixed with sugar in the ratio of 1:1. The opposite edges of the cake were made to form open-topped boats.
6. Stage
I baked the patties in the oven, too. Here's a better view of what's inside them. I must say that the patties taste just as good as the main pie and are quite worthy of a separate recipe.
7. Stage
The finished patties can be sprinkled with powdered sugar if desired.
8. Stage
Bon appetit!
