Ingredients for - Red Potato Salad with Sour Cream and Chives

1. Red potatoes 6 large
2. Sour cream ½ cup
3. Plain yogurt ½ cup
4. Fresh chives, finely chopped ¼ cup
5. Salt 1 teaspoon
6. Ground black pepper to taste 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Red Potato Salad with Sour Cream and Chives

1 . Stage

Scrub potatoes (don't peel). If large, cut in half or in quarters. Boil potatoes in their skins until fork-tender. Drain, dry and cut into 1/2 inch cubes.

2 . Stage

In a salad bowl, combine the potatoes, sour cream, yogurt, and chives; toss gently to coat. Add salt, and pepper to taste; refrigerate until chilled.
