2. Boneless pork chops, trimmed - 5
3. Onion, sliced - 1
4. Green bell peppers, sliced - 2
5. Tomato sauce - 1 (8 ounce) can
6. Brown sugar - ¼ cup
7. Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
8. Worcestershire sauce - 2 teaspoons
9. Salt - 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Cornstarch (Optional) - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Saucy Slow Cooker Pork Chops

1. Stage

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; cook pork chops in the hot oil until browned, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer browned pork chops to a slow cooker; top pork chops with onion and green peppers.
