Ingredients for - Roasted Duck

1. Paprika - 2 teaspoons
2. Salt - 2 teaspoons
3. Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
4. Whole duck - 1 (5 pound)
5. Butter, melted, divided - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Roasted Duck

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Stage

Combine paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; rub spice mixture onto skin of duck. Place duck in a roasting pan.

3. Stage

Roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

4. Stage

Spoon 1/4 cup melted butter over duck and continue cooking for 45 minutes more.

5. Stage

Spoon remaining 1/4 cup melted butter over duck and cook until golden brown, about 15 minutes more.
