2. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped  -
3. 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil -
4. 1 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary -
5. 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley -
6. 1 tbsp. fresh thyme leaves -
7. Kosher salt -
8. Freshly ground black pepper -
9. Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes -

How to cook deliciously - Roasted Potatoes

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 425°. In a large bowl, toss potatoes, garlic, oil, rosemary, parsley, and thyme; season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Pour into a large metal baking sheet and arrange in a single layer.
