1. Stone-ground mustard - 2 ½ tablespoons
2. Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
3. Fresh lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
4. Minced garlic - ½ teaspoon
5. Minced fresh thyme - ¼ teaspoon
6. Frozen salmon fillets, thawed and patted dry - 6 (6 ounce)
7. Kosher salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
9. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Maple Mustard Salmon

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with foil.

2. Stage

Whisk together mustard, maple syrup, lemon juice, garlic, and thyme in a small bowl.

3. Stage

Season salmon on both sides with salt and pepper and brush with oil. Arrange salmon on prepared baking sheet. Brush with mustard mixture.
