1. Stone-ground mustard 2 ½ tablespoons
2. Maple syrup 1 tablespoon
3. Fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon
4. Minced garlic ½ teaspoon
5. Minced fresh thyme ¼ teaspoon
6. Frozen salmon fillets, thawed and patted dry 6 (6 ounce)
7. Kosher salt 1 teaspoon
8. Black pepper ½ teaspoon
9. Olive oil 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Maple Mustard Salmon

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with foil.

2 . Stage

Whisk together mustard, maple syrup, lemon juice, garlic, and thyme in a small bowl.

3 . Stage

Season salmon on both sides with salt and pepper and brush with oil. Arrange salmon on prepared baking sheet. Brush with mustard mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven until salmon flakes easily with a fork, 8 to 10 minutes.
