1. Pink salmon, drained 1 (6 ounce) can
2. Greek yogurt ½ cup
3. Chopped celery ¼ cup
4. Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon
5. Lemon juice ½ teaspoon
6. Garlic powder ¼ teaspoon
7. Salt ⅛ teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper ⅛ teaspoon
9. Paprika, or to taste 1 pinch
10. Onion, halved, divided 1
11. Gluten-free bread slices, toasted 4 slices
12. Avocado, sliced, or to taste ½
13. Baby spinach leaves 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Salmon Salad Sandwich

1 . Stage

Combine salmon, Greek yogurt, celery, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika in a medium bowl.

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Grill 1 onion half until tender and beginning to caramelize, 5 to 7 minutes per side. Remove from grill; slice when cool enough to handle.
